This year, as part of the famous Guildhall Christmas festival, we are putting together an epic Christmas orchestra to finish off the day before you head down to Basement. This concert is arguably the highlight of the festival, and will be taking place in Silk Street Music Hall from 7-9pm on Friday 3rd December.

You must sign-up using the google form attached (which will open on Monday 8th November at 5pm, and closes on Monday 15th November at 5pm) to be considered to take part. There is no guarantee you will be chosen, as we are likely to receive a lot of applications and there are obviously limited spaces, however we will be considering everyone who applies and endeavor to make the selection process as fair as possible. If you are chosen to be a part of the festival orchestra, you will be emailed on the evening of the 15th November to let you know (make sure to check your spam so you don’t miss out!). If you do not receive an email, then unfortunately you have not been chosen on this occasion.

VOCALISTS: Due to the arrangements being brand new for this year, and charts needing to be arranged for specific voice types in time for the event, vocal soloists have already been approached. If you would like to be a part of the chorus, please fill in the form below.

You MUST be free for rehearsals at the following times if you wish to take part:

• Friday 26th November 6-8pm – Chorus Sectional
• Monday 29th November 5-8pm – Big Band Sectional (Saxophones, Trumpets, Trombones, Keys, Guitars, Bass (electric/upright) and Drums)
• Friday 3rd December 9-12.30pm – Full Orchestra
• Friday 3rd November 7-9pm – CONCERT
