What is Burnout?

The Conservatoires of the United Kingdom Student Network was established in 2013 from a desire to engage with, and inform, the views and decisions of Conservatoires UK, regarding the student voice and sector issues.

This year (2022), the network has joined together to raise awareness around burnout in the performing arts and freelance world.

The Guildhall SU are proud to present our contribution towards the campaign, aiming to raise awareness of the types of burnout you can get, symptoms and some tips on how to avoid this in the future.
